The RB2510 is a 25mm ratchet buckle designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 1,000kg (1 tonne) and features a non-locking ratchet mechanism with a pressed steel handle. The base of the ratchet includes a 6mm hole and a solid riveted pin instead of a nut and bolt, ensuring a secure and durable design.
This ratchet buckle meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 500daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB2510 for full traceability. The breaking strength of 1,000kg is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from carbon steel, the RB2510 is designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 500daN and weighs 225 grams (0.225Kg).
