Ratchet Buckle 25mm 1000kg
The RB2510 is a 25mm ratchet buckle designed for 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 1,000kg (1 tonne). The ratchet buckle is a non-locking ratchet and has a pressed steel handle. The base of the ratchet has a 6mm hole and a solid riveted pin instead of a nut and bolt.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 500daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF® and part number RB2510 for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 1,000kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The ratchet is manufactured from Carbon Steel.
