The AP5015 Anchor plate is used in conjunction with 50mm webbing and is used to make a permanent connection to a floor or wall. The anchor plate has a 15mm diameter bolt hole and can be sewn on either end of your ratchet strap. The AP5015 cranked anchor plate is manufactured from 4mm carbon steel and has a breaking strength of 1500kg.
The anchor plate meets the requirements of the European Load Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 750daN. This capacity is stamped on the buckle together with the suppliers name GTF® and part number AP5015 for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 1500Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the fitting before failure.
