The RB5060LWH is a long wide-handled ratchet buckle designed for use with 50mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 6000kg and features a non-locking ratchet mechanism with a durable aluminium handle.
The base of the ratchet includes an 8mm hole, allowing it to be securely bolted to permanent structures. This heavy-duty ratchet buckle is commonly used for restraining lorry straps in road transport applications.
The RB5060LWH meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 30kN (3000kg). This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB5060LWH for full traceability. The breaking strength of 6000kg is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from carbon steel, the RB5060LWH is designed for use with 50mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 30kN and weighs 1425 grams (1.425kg).
