The RL25H is a high-quality 25mm ratchet strap assembly with a wire claw hook, rated to a breaking strength of 900kg. Manufactured to the highest standards, this ratchet strap is designed for securely fastening everyday cargo in the haulage industry, packaging sector, and hobby market.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 450daN (450kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull.
We have stock straps that are available in 3m (red), 5m (blue), and 7m (yellow), with a fixed end length of 0.2m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing, the RL25H offers durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a pressed steel handle, while the wire claw hooks are manufactured from boron alloy steel, which is stronger than carbon steel, ensuring added strength and durability. The webbing is stitched using Number 18 polyester thread for extra reliability.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
