Ratchet Buckle 25mm 2000Kgs Long Narrow Handle
The RB2520LNH is a 25mm long narrow handle ratchet buckle designed for 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking ratchet and has a one-piece wrap around handle. The base of the ratchet has two 6.5mm holes, it also has a nut, bolt as the webbing attachment.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF® and part number RB2520LNH for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 20000Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The Ratchet is manufactured from Carbon Steel.
