The RL25D is a high-quality 25mm ratchet strap assembly with a delta ring, rated to a breaking strength of 900kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this ratchet strap is designed to securely fasten everyday cargo in industries such as haulage, packaging, and the hobby market.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 450daN (450kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can be safely applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m, with a fixed end length of 0.2m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing, the RL25D ensures durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a pressed steel handle, while the 25mm delta ring is also manufactured from carbon steel for secure fastening. All webbing is sewn using Number 18 polyester thread to enhance reliability.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific requirements. A printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
