The RL25FHL is a high-quality 25mm ratchet strap assembly with a lightweight flat J-hook, rated to a breaking strength of 500kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this ratchet strap is designed to securely fasten everyday cargo for the haulage industry, packaging sector, and hobby market.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 250daN (250kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m, with a fixed end length of 0.2m.
The RL25FHL is made from high-quality polyester webbing for durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is constructed from carbon steel and features a pressed steel handle. The lightweight pressed J-hook is also made from carbon steel, providing a secure fastening. All webbing is stitched using Number 18 polyester thread for long-lasting performance.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A printing service is also available, allowing names or logos to be printed onto the webbing.
