The RL25SSH is a high-quality 25mm ratchet strap assembly with a swivel snap hook, with a breaking strength of 500kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this ratchet strap is designed for securely fastening everyday cargo in industries such as haulage, packaging, and the hobby market.
This strap includes a swivel snap hook with a spring-loaded safety catch, ensuring that once engaged, it remains securely attached and does not detach unintentionally. The swivel function allows for greater flexibility when securing cargo, reducing strain on the strap and improving ease of use.
The RL25SSH complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 250daN (250kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m, with a fixed end length of 0.2m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing, the RL25SSH provides durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a pressed steel handle, while the swivel snap hook with a safety catch is also manufactured from carbon steel for secure fastening. The webbing is stitched using Number 18 polyester thread for added reliability.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
