The WH3530SIN is a single Pronged wire claw hook that is designed for 35mm webbing. The length of the hook is 94mm and the diameter of the hook will allow it to fit on to a 16mm bar. The wire hook is used in the manufacture of 35mm cargo tie down straps and is manufactured by GTF® in its wholly owned factory in Noida, India (www.gtcfi.com). The hook is made from boron alloy steel which gives it extra strength and durability. The hook has a breaking strength (BS) of 3000kg.
The wire hook meets the requirements of EN12195-2:2001, the European Load Restraint Standard which requires the hook to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 15KN. This capacity is stamped on the hook together with the part number WH3530SIN and the batch number, therefore offering full traceability.
The WH3530SIN is a single pronged hook and used as an alternative to the WH3530 (double pronged) hook when access is restricted. The WH3530SIN is used frequently in our manufacturing of car transport straps but can also be used for general purpose ratchet straps.
