The HDR3530 is a wire rave hook designed for 35mm webbing. The length of the hook is 53mm and the diameter of the hook will allow it to fit on to a 11mm bar. The rave hook is used extensively in the manufacture of cargo securing equipment and is manufactured by GTF® in its wholly owned factory in Noida, India (www.gtcfi.com). The hook is made from boron alloy steel which gives it extra strength and durability. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 5000Kg.
The rave hook meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the hook to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 15kN. This capacity is stamped on the hook together with the part number HDR3530 and batch number therefore offering full traceability.
The HDR3530 rave hook is used in our range of 35mm ratchet straps. and as the name suggest fits onto the side rave of a vehicle or the chassis. GTF also make rave hooks to fit different sizes of webbing.
