The AP2510F Flat Anchor plate is used in conjunction with 25mm webbing to make a permanent connection to a floor or wall. The anchor plate has a 15mm diameter bolt hole and can be sewn on either end of your ratchet strap. The AP2510F flat anchor plate is manufactured from 4mm carbon steel and has a breaking strength of 1000kg.
The AP2510F meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 500daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF® and part number AP2510F for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 1000kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the fitting before failure.
The anchor plates can be sold as stand alone product or can be sold as a complete strap.
