The CB2507 is a cam buckle designed for 25mm webbing, with a breaking strength of 700kg. It is constructed with a zinc alloy lever, a spring made from 1080 carbon steel, and a carbon steel base, ensuring durability and strength.
Cam buckles provide a simple and efficient way to secure cargo, allowing for easy adjustment and use. The knurled edge on the release mechanism presses against the webbing, keeping it firmly in place. Unlike ratchet buckles, cam buckles can only be tensioned hand-tight, preventing damage to goods.
This buckle meets the requirements of the European Load Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 350daN. This capacity is stamped on the buckle, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number CB2507 for full traceability. The breaking strength of 700kg represents the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
The CB2507 cam buckle is manufactured from carbon steel and zinc. Additionally, GTF® produces a pressed flat J-hook that clips onto the back of the cam buckle, allowing for quick release and saving time by eliminating the need to rethread the webbing.
Designed for use with 25mm webbing, the CB2507 has a lashing capacity of 350daN and weighs 120 grams.
