The CP1150HD heavy-duty plastic edge protector can be used for pallets, wider loads and brick and block truck load protection. This is a 1.15m long (1150mm) pre-cut extruded corner protector made from 5mm thick high density Polyethylene (PE HD). Using plastic edge protectors is much safer than the metal equivalents.
The edge protector has a 180mm top edge for maximum stability while on the load and a 140mm vertical edge. It is made from Heavy Duty Polyethylene and each corner protector weighs 1.90kg.
The CP1150HD can be placed at height using our Mounty Applicators without the need for climbing on to the lorry. GTF® are the manufactures of the Mounty Applicator System.
Our corner protectors can also be made to bespoke lengths. GTF® provide a complete range of wear sleeve and corner protection.
