Manufactured from 50mm high tenacity polyester webbing, the strap offers a breaking force of 4000kg and a lashing capacity of 2000daN, with controlled elongation of less than 7% at working load to maintain consistent tension during transport. The standard configuration includes a 4.0m main tension strap and a fixed end of 0.4m, making it suitable for most vehicle transporter setups.
The assembly is supplied as a 3-part system, comprising a ratchet with fixed end, a main adjustable tension strap, and a soft eye diverter strap. A narrow handle ratchet buckle is fitted as standard, allowing for effective tensioning even in confined spaces, while durable wire claw hooks provide secure anchorage.
