The ET5020 is a sprung loaded captive tracking fitting designed for 50mm webbing. The length of the hook is 76mm and height 35mm, the ET5020 is designed to fit into 3008 / 3009 and 2010 tracking. The E Track fitting is used in the manufacture of GTF box van straps that connect onto cargo restraint tracking. The ET5020 frame is manufactured from 4130 Alloy Steel, the moving parts from #SPHC-HR steel and the spring from 70C carbon steel. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 2000kg.
The E Track fitting fits into 3008 / 3009 and 2010 tracking.
The ET5020 meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the hook to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN. This capacity is stamped on the hook together with the part number ET5020 and the breaking strength offering full traceability.
