Compact Locking Over Centre Buckle 50mm 2200kg
The OCB5022 is a compact over centre buckle designed for 50mm webbing. The OCB5022 is also a locking over centre buckle and has a breaking strength (BS) of 2200kg. The buckle allows the webbing to be tensioned with out the need to open the buckle.
The over centre buckle meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 2100daN. This capacity is stamped on the buckle together with the suppliers name GTF® and part number OCB5022 for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 2200kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The buckle is manufactured from Carbon Steel.
