The RB2502BK-PC is a 25mm black plastic ratchet buckle designed for 25mm webbing, with a breaking strength of 200kg. This non-locking ratchet buckle is made entirely from polycarbonate, a highly durable and impact-resistant material, with no metal parts.
The design allows the webbing to be threaded in such a way that it remains secure without the need for sewing, making it a versatile fastening solution. It is particularly useful in applications where metal buckles are not suitable.
Manufactured from polycarbonate, the ratchet buckle is available in black and green as standard. Other colours can be produced upon request, subject to a minimum order quantity.
The RB2502BK-PC is designed for use with 25mm webbing, has a lashing capacity of 100daN, and weighs 59 grams (0.059Kg).
