The RB3515LOKSS is a 35mm stainless steel ratchet buckle specifically designed for 35mm webbing. All components, including the base, handle, springs, washers, spacers, nuts, and bolts, are made from 316 stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and durability.
This locking ratchet buckle has a breaking strength of 1500kg and features a stainless steel handle for ease of operation. The base of the ratchet has an 8mm hole. The ratchet is supplied with a nut, bolt, and spacer for securing the webbing to. The spreader bars are held together with split pins, ensuring a robust and reliable mechanism.
The RB3515LOKSS meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 750daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB3515LOKSS for full traceability. The breaking strength of 1500kg is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
