Ratchet Buckle 35mm 2000Kgs Wide Handle
The RB3520WH is a wide handled ratchet buckle designed for 35mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking ratchet and has a steel handle. The ratchet has two 8mm holes in the base that sit side by side that allows the ratchet to be bolted to permanent structures. The ratchet buckle is a standard ratchet used for restraining lorry straps in road transport and general purpose applications.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN (1000kg) stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF and part number RB3520WH for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
