Ratchet Buckle 50mm 6000Kgs Olive Drab Expoxy Coated
The RB5060LOK-OD is a long wide handled olive drab epoxy coated ratchet buckle designed for 50mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 6000Kg. The ratchet buckle is a locking ratchet and has a Steel handle. The ratchet has an 8mm hole in the base to allows the ratchet to be bolted to permanent structures and comes with a nut, bolt and spacer. The ratchet buckle is a heavy-duty ratchet used for restraining lorry straps in road transport.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 3000daN (3000kg) stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF and part number RB5060LOK-OD for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 6000Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
