The RL25E is a high-quality 25mm endless ratchet strap assembly, rated to a breaking strength of 1800kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this one-part strap is designed for securing everyday cargo in industries such as haulage, packaging, and the hobby market. As an endless strap, it does not feature end fittings, making it a versatile option for securing a variety of loads.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 900daN (900kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can be safely applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m.
The RL25E is made from high-quality polyester webbing for durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is constructed from carbon steel and features a pressed steel handle. All webbing is sewn using Number 18 polyester thread to ensure secure and long-lasting performance.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in a range of colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A printing service is also available, allowing names or logos to be printed onto the webbing.
