The RL25FHK is a high-quality 25mm ratchet strap assembly with a flat J-hook featuring a safety catch, rated to a breaking strength of 900kg. This strap includes a pressed steel flat J-hook with a spring-loaded safety catch, ensuring that once engaged, the hook remains securely attached and does not detach unintentionally.
The RL25FHK complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 450daN (450kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m, with a fixed end length of 0.2m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing, the RL25FHK is built for durability and reliability. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a pressed steel handle, while the flat pressed hook with a safety catch is also manufactured from carbon steel for secure fastening. The webbing is stitched using Number 18 polyester thread to ensure strength and longevity.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific requirements. A printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
