The RL25S is a high-quality 25mm ratchet strap assembly with plastic-coated S-hooks, with a breaking strength of 800kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this ratchet strap is designed for securely fastening everyday cargo in industries such as haulage, packaging, and the hobby market.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 400daN (400kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m, with a fixed end length of 0.2m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing, the RL25S provides durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a pressed steel handle. The S-hook is manufactured from carbon steel and coated with 1mm of black PVC, offering additional protection and preventing damage to the cargo. The webbing is stitched using Number 18 polyester thread for enhanced reliability.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
