The RL50DFT is a high-quality 50mm ratchet strap assembly with pressed steel delta rings, rated to a breaking strength of 4,000kg (4 tonnes). Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this two-part ratchet lashing system is designed for securing everyday cargo, making it ideal for use in the haulage industry. It features a long-handled ratchet buckle, heavy-duty polyester webbing, and pressed steel delta rings for strength and durability.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2000daN (2000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing, the RL50DFT ensures durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a strong and durable aluminium handle for secure tensioning. The pressed steel delta ring is manufactured from carbon steel, providing excellent strength and reliability. All webbing is sewn using Number 6 polyester thread to ensure long-lasting performance.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
