The RL50DW is a premium 50mm ratchet strap assembly with wire delta rings, rated to a breaking strength of 5,000kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this long-handle, two-part ratchet lashing is designed to secure everyday cargo across the haulage and transport industries. It uses a long handle ratchet buckle, durable polyester webbing, and is fully compliant with European Standard EN12195-2.
The strap achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2500daN (2500kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Standard stock lengths include 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
Constructed using high-quality polyester webbing and stitched with Number 6 polyester thread, the RL50DW ensures long-term reliability and performance. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a strong, durable aluminium handle. The wire delta rings are formed from high-strength boron alloy steel, providing additional durability where needed most.
Custom-made straps can be produced in a wide range of colours and sizes to suit specific requirements. A printing service is available to add your company name or logo to the webbing for added branding.
