The RL50E is a high-quality 50mm endless ratchet strap assembly rated to a breaking strength of 8,000kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this one-part ratchet strap is designed without end fittings, making it ideal for bundling or securing cargo where hooks or attachments are not needed. It is commonly used across haulage, logistics, and industrial applications, and is fully compliant with the European Standard EN12195-2.
The strap achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 4000daN (4000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Standard lengths are available in 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with custom lengths available upon request.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing, the RL50E is sewn with heavy-duty Number 6 polyester thread for maximum durability. The ratchet buckle is manufactured from carbon steel and fitted with a strong and durable aluminium handle, ensuring high performance and reliable tensioning.
Bespoke straps can be produced in a wide range of colours and sizes, and a printing service is available to add custom branding or logos to the webbing. All component parts are marked with GTF identification for full traceability in accordance with European manufacturing standards for load restraint equipment. GTF manufacturing is accredited to ISO9001 quality standards.
