The RL50E 316SS is a premium 50mm one-part ratchet tie down strap manufactured in the UK using marine grade 316 stainless steel components. Rated to a breaking strength of 6000kg, it is designed for securing cargo in harsh environments with salty, acidic, or corrosive conditions—ideal for marine, chemical, and food industry use.
This strap complies with European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 3000daN (3000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Standard stock lengths include 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m.
The webbing is made from high-quality black polyester and sewn with Number 6 polyester thread for exceptional strength. The ratchet buckle, including the handle and all internal components, is manufactured entirely from 316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance.
Custom lengths and colours are available on request, and a printing service is offered to display your name or logo on the webbing.
