The RL50H is a premium 50mm ratchet strap assembly with wire hooks, rated to a breaking strength of 5,000kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this two-part ratchet lashing is designed for securing cargo in demanding haulage and transport environments.
The strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2500daN (2500kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Standard lash lengths are available in 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
Made from high-quality polyester webbing and stitched using Number 6 polyester thread, the RL50H ensures strength and durability throughout its service life. The ratchet buckle is manufactured from carbon steel and fitted with a robust aluminium handle, while the wire hooks are made from boron alloy steel for superior strength.
Custom-made straps can be supplied in a wide range of colours and sizes. A printing service is available to add your name or logo directly onto the webbing for identification or branding purposes.
