The RL50HDRB is a high-quality 50mm ratchet strap assembly with heavy duty rave hooks, rated to a breaking strength of 5,000kg. Manufactured in the UK, this long-handle ratchet lashing is specifically designed for securing general cargo in the haulage industry and incorporates GTF’s own HDR5050B rave hook.
The strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2500daN (2500kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Standard lash lengths are available in 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing and sewn with Number 6 polyester thread, the strap ensures durability and reliability. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and fitted with a robust aluminium handle. The heavy duty rave hooks are manufactured from boron alloy steel for enhanced strength and resilience.
Custom-made ratchet straps are available in a range of colours and sizes. A printing service is available to add your name or logo directly onto the webbing.
