The HDR5050C is a high-quality 50mm ratchet strap assembly with heavy duty closed rave hooks, rated to a breaking strength of 4,000kg (4 tonnes). Designed and manufactured in the UK, this two-part lashing strap is built for securing cargo in road haulage and general transport applications. The system incorporates a long-handle ratchet buckle, heavy-duty polyester webbing, and heavy duty closed rave hooks for dependable load restraint.
This strap complies with European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2000daN (2000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lash lengths include 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
Constructed from high-grade polyester webbing and sewn with Number 6 polyester thread, the strap is built for durability. The ratchet buckle features a long aluminium handle and is made from carbon steel for high performance under tension. The heavy duty closed rave hooks are manufactured from boron alloy steel, offering greater strength and reliability than standard carbon steel equivalents.
Custom straps can be produced in a variety of colours and sizes. A printing service is available to include your name or logo on the webbing. GTF is ISO9001 certified and all components are marked with GTF identification for full traceability in line with European manufacturing standards.
