The RL50HDRC LH-ERG is a high-quality 50mm ergonomic ratchet strap assembly with a heavy-duty closed chassis (rave) hook, rated to a breaking strength of 5,000kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this heavy-duty ratchet strap is designed for securing everyday cargo, making it ideal for use in the haulage industry.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2500daN (2500kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
Made from high-quality polyester webbing, the RL50HDRC LH-ERG ensures durability and strength. The heavy-duty ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a rotating handle for better grip and improved tensioning. The longer handle design allows for greater tension to be applied to the strap, ensuring a secure load. Unlike standard ratchets that require pushing upwards, this ergonomic ratchet is pulled down to tighten the load, reducing strain during use.
The heavy-duty closed rave hook is manufactured from boron alloy steel, which is stronger than carbon steel, providing superior strength and durability. All webbing is sewn using Number 6 polyester thread to ensure long-lasting reliability.
Custom-made ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
