The RL50L is a high-quality 50mm ratchet strap assembly with loops at each end, rated to a breaking strength of 4,000kg. Designed and manufactured in the UK, this two-part lashing strap is ideal for securing everyday cargo in the haulage industry. It features a loop sewn at each end, allowing the ratchet to be passed through for quick and secure fastening.
The strap complies with European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2000daN (2000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lash lengths include 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
Manufactured from high-quality polyester webbing and sewn with Number 6 polyester thread, the strap is built for strength and durability. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and incorporates a robust aluminium handle, offering reliable performance even under heavy loads.
Bespoke straps can be produced in a wide range of colours and to custom lengths. A printing service is also available to include your name or logo on the webbing.
