The RL50SIN is a high-quality 50mm ratchet strap assembly with single pronged wire hooks, rated to a breaking strength of 4,000kg. Manufactured in the UK, this two-part ratchet lashing is ideal for securing cargo across haulage and transport applications. It uses single pronged wire claw hooks and is produced to meet the European Standard EN12195-2.
The strap complies with EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2000daN (2000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lash lengths include 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, and 14m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
It is made from durable high-quality polyester webbing and sewn using Number 6 polyester thread. The ratchet buckle is constructed from carbon steel and features a robust aluminium handle for maximum durability and ease of use. The single pronged wire hooks are made from boron alloy steel, which offers superior strength compared to standard carbon steel.
Bespoke straps can be supplied in a wide range of colours and any length. A printing service is also available to feature your company name or logo on the webbing.
