The RL50TSH is a high-quality 50mm ratchet strap assembly with twisted snap hooks, rated to a breaking strength of 4,000kg. Manufactured in the UK, this two-part strap is designed for securing everyday cargo in the haulage and transport industries. It features a twisted snap hook with a spring-loaded safety catch that ensures it remains securely attached once engaged.
The strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2000daN (2000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are 8m, with a fixed end length of 0.4m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing and stitched using Number 6 polyester thread, the RL50TSH is built for durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a robust aluminium handle, while the twisted snap hooks are made from carbon steel for secure and reliable fastening.
Bespoke straps can be supplied in a wide range of colours and any length. A printing service is available to add your company name or logo to the webbing.
