The RLL50E is a high-quality 50mm endless ratchet strap, rated to a breaking strength of 4,000kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this strap is designed for securely fastening everyday cargo, making it ideal for use in the haulage industry. As a one-part ratchet strap, it has no end fittings, allowing it to be looped around loads for a secure hold.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 2000daN (2000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m.
Made from high-quality polyester webbing, the RLL50E ensures durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a strong steel handle for secure tensioning. All webbing is sewn using Number 18 polyester thread to ensure long-lasting reliability.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A security printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
