The RLL50FHK is a high-quality 50mm ratchet strap assembly with flat pressed J-hooks with a safety catch, rated to a breaking strength of 2,000kg. Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards, this ratchet strap is designed for securely fastening everyday cargo, making it ideal for use in the haulage industry. The strap features a flat J-hook with a spring-loaded safety catch, ensuring that once engaged, it remains securely attached and will not detach unintentionally.
This ratchet strap complies with the European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN (1000kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are available in 3m, 5m, and 7m.
Constructed from high-quality polyester webbing, the RLL50FHK ensures durability and strength. The ratchet buckle is made from carbon steel and features a strong steel handle for secure tensioning. The flat hook with keeper is manufactured from boron steel, providing superior strength and reliability. All webbing is sewn using Number 18 polyester thread to ensure long-lasting performance.
Bespoke ratchet straps can be supplied in various colours and sizes to meet specific needs. A printing service is available to customise the webbing with a name or logo.
