Anchor Plates

Anchor plates are flat plate attachments secured either to a floor or wall by a permanent bolt through one end of the plate.  The plate is elongated and partially folded up at an angle of approximately 30 degrees.  The free end usually features a simple horizontal hole suitable to accommodate lashing webbing.  The lashing webbing may be any width from 25mm to 50mm according to requirements with the anchor plate specified accordingly.  Fabrication of the plate can be in carbon to stainless steel with the option of a plastic covered finish if required.  Traditionally fitted to a short end, anchor plates may also be specified for use in conjunction with a flat or twisted snap hook for a positive attachment or by simply using the wire hook fitted at the end of most lashes.  Anchor plate loadings range according to webbing capacity and cargo restraint requirements.
