The SS5018RR is a Single Stud Fitting designed for 50mm webbing and used to fit into aluminium captive horizontal wall and floor mounted tracking. The length of the fitting including the round ring is 60mm and is designed to fit into 5001, 5002 and 5004 tracking. The single stud fitting is used in the manufacture of internal cargo box van straps that connect directly to the vehicles cargo restraint tracking. The body of the fitting is made from aluminium profile and a stainless steel ring is welded to the body of the fitting.
The SS5018RR fits into 5001, 5002 and 5004 captive tracking.
The single stud fitting meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the hook to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 900daN and the manufacturers mark stamped on to the part.
