The CP2400HD heavy duty plastic edge protectors can be used for pallets, wider loads and brick and block load protection. This is a 2.4m long (2400mm) pre-cut extruded edge protector made from 5mm thick high density Polyethylene (PE HD). Using plastic edge protectors is much safer than the metal equivalents.
The edge protector has a 180mm top edge for maximum stability while on the load and a 140mm vertical edge. It is made from Polypropylene and each edge protector weighs 3.9kg. Not only does it span and secure across three euro pallets (2.4m) it also protects the straps from damage.
The 2.4m edge protectors can be place at height using our Mounty Applicators without the need for climbing on to the lorry.
The edge protectors can also be made to bespoke lengths.
