The RB2507SS is a 25mm stainless steel ratchet buckle designed for 25mm webbing. All components, including the base, handle, and springs, are made from 316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
With a breaking strength of 700kg, this non-locking ratchet buckle features a pressed steel handle and a solid riveted pin instead of a nut and bolt. The base of the ratchet also includes a 7mm hole for added versatility.
The RB2507SS meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 350daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB2507SS for full traceability. The breaking strength of 700kg is also marked to indicate the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, the RB2507SS is designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 350daN and weighs 0.226Kg.
