The RB5030LOKSS is a 50mm stainless steel ratchet buckle designed for use with 50mm webbing. All components, including the base, handle, and springs, are made from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and durability.
With a breaking strength of 3000kg, this locking ratchet buckle features a solid long wide stainless steel handle for enhanced grip and ease of operation. The base of the ratchet includes a 10mm hole.
The RB5030LOKSS meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 1500daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB5030LOKSS for full traceability. The breaking strength of 3000kg is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, the RB5030LOKSS is designed for use with 50mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 1500daN and weighs 1.255kg.
