Ratchet Buckle 25mm 1500Kgs made from 304 Stainless Steel
The RB2515WHSS is a 25mm Stainless Steel Ratchet Buckle designed for 25mm webbing. All the parts of the RB2515WHSS ratchet buckle are made from 304SS from the base and handle down to the springs.
It has a breaking strength (BS) of 1500Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking ratchet and has a solid wide handle. The base does not have a bolt hole and comes with a nut, bolt and spacer.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 750daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the supplier’s name GTF and part number RB2515WHSS for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 1500Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The Ratchet is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel.
