The RB2508-BK is a 25mm black electro-deposition coated ratchet buckle designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 800kg and features a durable, corrosion-resistant finish.
This non-locking ratchet buckle is equipped with a pressed steel handle and a solid riveted pin instead of a nut and bolt. Unlike some other models, the base does not have a bolt hole, providing a streamlined design.
The RB2508-BK meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 400daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB2508 for full traceability. The breaking strength of 800kg is also marked to indicate the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from carbon steel, the RB2508-BK is designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 400daN and weighs 197 grams (0.197Kg).
