Ratchet Buckle 25mm 800Kg – Black Coated
The RB2508-BK is a 25mm Black Electro Deposition Coated ratchet buckle designed for 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 800Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking ratchet and has a pressed steel handle. The base of the ratchet has a solid riveted pin instead of a nut and bolt, it does not have a bolt hole in the base.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 400daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF® and part number RB2508 for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 800Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The Ratchet is manufactured from Carbon Steel.
