The RB2520LNH is a 25mm long narrow handle ratchet buckle designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 2000kg and features a durable, non-locking ratchet mechanism with a one-piece wrap-around handle for added strength and ease of use.
The base of the ratchet includes two 6.5mm holes. It also comes with a nut and bolt for the webbing attachment.
This ratchet buckle meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 1000daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB2520LNH for full traceability. The breaking strength of 2000kg is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from carbon steel, the RB2520LNH is designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 1000daN and weighs 335 grams (0.335Kg).
