The RB2520WH is a wide-handled ratchet buckle designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 2000kg and features a non-locking ratchet mechanism with a sturdy steel handle for ease of use.
The ratchet buckle includes a 7mm hole in the base, allowing it to be securely bolted to permanent structures. It is a standard ratchet commonly used for restraining lorry straps in road transport and general-purpose load restraint applications.
This ratchet buckle meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 1000daN (1000kg). This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB2520WH for full traceability. The breaking strength of 2000kg is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from carbon steel, the RB2520WH is designed for use with 25mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 1000daN and weighs 346 grams (0.346kg).
GTF® provides a range of end fittings that can be used with this ratchet, as well as a selection of 25mm polyester webbing that can be used in conjunction with the RB2520WH ratchet buckle. We also manufacture a variety of small ratchet straps at our UK factory.
