The RB5020WH is a 50mm wide-handle ratchet buckle designed for use with 50mm webbing. It has a breaking strength of 2000kg and features a durable, non-locking ratchet mechanism with a steel handle for ease of use.
The base of the ratchet includes two 7mm holes—one at the back and one at the front—allowing for secure attachment. It is also equipped with a nut and bolt for fastening the webbing securely.
The RB5020WH meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001, which specifies a lashing capacity of 1000daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet, along with the supplier’s name, GTF®, and the part number RB5020WH for full traceability. The breaking strength of 2000kg is also marked, indicating the maximum load the buckle can withstand before failure.
Manufactured from carbon steel, the RB5020WH is designed for use with 50mm webbing. It has a lashing capacity of 1000daN and weighs 494 grams (0.494kg).
