Ratchet Buckle 35mm 3000Kgs Wide Handle
The RB3530WH is a wide handled heavy duty ratchet buckle designed for 35mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 3000Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking ratchet and has an aluminium handle. The ratchet buckle is a standard ratchet used in the production of car transport straps and general purpose applications.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1500daN (1500kg) stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF and part number RB3530WH for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 3000Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.

The RB3530WH ratchet is used in our range of Car Transport Straps. GTF provide a range of end fittings that can be used with this ratchet. GTF provide a range of 35mm polyester webbing that can be used in conjunction with the RB3530WH Ratchet Buckle.
