The RL25E 316SS is a high-quality 25mm one-part stainless steel ratchet strap, rated to a breaking strength of 1,400kg. Manufactured in the UK, this strap is specifically designed for securing cargo in harsh environments, including those with salty, acidic, or corrosive conditions. It is made using a 316 stainless steel ratchet buckle, which offers excellent resistance to corrosion and is ideal for marine, chemical, and outdoor applications.
This endless ratchet strap complies with European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 700daN (700kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Standard lashing lengths are 3m, 5m, and 7m.
The strap is made using high-quality black polyester webbing, stitched with Number 18 polyester thread. All components of the ratchet buckle—including the base, handle, and internal mechanisms—are manufactured from 316 stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability in extreme conditions.
Custom lengths and colours are available upon request, and we also offer a printing service to add your company name or logo to the webbing.
