The RL25H 316SS is a high-quality 25mm stainless steel ratchet strap with wire claw hooks, rated to a breaking strength of 700kg. Manufactured in the UK, this tie down strap is specifically designed for use in harsh environments, including marine and industrial settings where salt, acids, or chemicals are present. All metal components are produced from stainless steel to ensure long-lasting corrosion resistance.
The strap complies with European Standard EN12195-2 and achieves a lashing capacity (LC) of 350daN (350kg). The LC represents the maximum force that can safely be applied in a straight pull. Stock lengths are 3m, 5m, and 7m, with a fixed end length of 0.2m.
This ratchet strap is made using black high-quality polyester webbing, stitched with Number 18 polyester thread for durability. The ratchet buckle is fully made from 316 stainless steel, including the handle and internal mechanisms, while the wire hooks are manufactured from 304 stainless steel.
